Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at The Golden Theory. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help. Please review our return policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request must be initiated within 48hours from the date of delivery.
- The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
- The item should be accompanied by the original proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt.
In case if delivered damaged, please take an unboxing video of the product and send it to us and we will replace the product for you.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at hello@thegoldentheory.com within the specified return period to request a return authorization.
- Provide the necessary information, including your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
3. Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error or a defective/damaged item, we will cover the return shipping costs. In such cases, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label or arrange for a pickup.
If the return is not due to our error, we will charge a nominal reverse shipping fee for the same.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be processed and for the credit to be reflected in your account.
In case of COD, we will offer store credit or exchange as an alternative to a refund.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer support team to check availability. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged:
- Personalized or customized items
- Made-to-order items
- Clearance or sale items (unless specified otherwise)
- Ceramicware
- Glassware
- Fragile Items
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately and take an unboxing video as a proof. We will guide you through the return process and ensure that a replacement or refund is provided promptly.
