Orders are typically processed within 2 - 3 business days from the date of purchase. During peak seasons or promotional periods, order processing may take slightly longer. We strive to process orders as quickly as possible to ensure prompt shipment.

We want you to love what you buy from us, but if something’s not quite right, here’s how we’ve got your back:

1. Got the wrong or damaged item? No stress! We’ll send a replacement right away. Just let us know within 7 days.

2. Changed your mind? No problem! We’ll refund your money after a quick quality check (QC) on the return. Just note the small return shipping fees:

   • Orders between Rs. 0 - Rs. 899: Rs. 150
   • Orders between Rs. 900 - Rs. 2999: Rs. 350
   • Orders between Rs. 2999 - Rs. 4999: Rs. 500
   • Orders over Rs. 5000: 10% of the order value.

3. Important: Please keep the original packaging, foam, and boxes (even if the product’s damaged). It helps us sort things out with the courier and ensures a smooth return process.
